Andrew Tate is a British-American internet personality and former professional kickboxer who became one of the most widely discussed and polarising figures in online culture during the early 2020s. Early life

Tate was born on December 14, 1986, in Washington, D.C. His father, Emory Tate, was an American chess master, and his mother was British. After his parents separated, Tate moved with his mother and siblings, including his brother Tristan, to Luton, England, where he was raised. He took up combat sports as a young man and began competing in kickboxing in the mid-2000s, balancing training with early business ventures.

Career

Tate built his initial reputation in kickboxing, competing in Europe and winning multiple championships across his division during his competitive years.
