Jimmy Kimmel Pokes Fun at Trump with Nicki Minaj Reference

During the latest episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! on November 3, host Jimmy Kimmel couldn't resist taking a jab at Donald Trump following the Democrats' decisive midterm victories. With his trademark wit, Kimmel linked Trump's recent comments about rapper Nicki Minaj to the blow the former president received at the polls.

A Playful Dig

Kimmel began his monologue with a playful take on Trump's fixation with backsides, saying, "After all the talk about Nicki Minaj’s a–, Jon Husted’s a–. The only a– on Trump’s mind tonight is the one that just got handed to him by America." The comedian's remarks came after a night where Democrats reclaimed major seats in both the House and Senate, a topic that clearly delighted Kimmel. He further quipped about Trump’s vice president, suggesting that J.D. Vance had lost so many seats he couldn’t even find one to keep him company that night.

Nicki Minaj and Trump: An Unlikely Friendship

Kimmel's reference was aimed at Trump's recent rally in Michigan, where the former president infamously commented on Minaj’s figure, calling it "hard to miss." The connection between the two has surprisingly grown quite strong, with Minaj even joining Trump on Air Force One for that rally. In a speech, Minaj expressed her admiration, declaring it an honor to support Trump, who she claims represents resilience and a brighter future for everyone.

The Question of White House Aspirations

When pressed about the possibility of Minaj serving as the next White House press secretary, Trump responded playfully, hinting that it was a consideration worth pondering. This lighthearted exchange sheds light on the occasionally bizarre world of politics becoming intertwined with pop culture.

As the late-night world continues to grapple with reflecting current events, Kimmel's comedy remains sharp and relevant, keeping audiences engaged and entertained. His recent banter showcases not just humor but a keen observation of the political climate.
