Kanye West Reaches Settlement in Ex-Assistant's Sexual Abuse Suit

She refused every advance, the suit states.

His team also pushed back hard in 2024, alleging Pisciotta had used sexual coercion as leverage to extract money, luxury goods and plastic surgery procedures.

Yet on July 23, 2025, both sides signed off on an unconditional settlement, with the formal submission landing in a Los Angeles court shortly after. The financial terms were sealed — neither figure nor conditions made it into the public record. The suit, along with companion claims for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress, is expected to be formally withdrawn within 45 days.

Neither Pisciotta's attorney nor a representative for Ye responded to press inquiries about the agreement.

This settlement covers only the Pisciotta matter — and West is no stranger to courtrooms right now. The rapper has continued making headlines on multiple fronts, from business moves to public appearances, even as civil cases stack up around him.
